Pink Rose, Kabul, Afghanistan

Got my camera out for some sunrise photography of roses. After months of trying to find creative ways to photograph handshakes and shoot landscapes through helicopter windows, it was wonderful to do something so purely personal and pleasurable.

The Old Forest, Athens, Greece

Another from the archives. December, 2009, my friend Brad let me borrow his IR-enabled camera, and in the park around the corner from my apartment, I found the Old Forest. I'm certain Tom Bombadil was lurking around the corner.
